They are at it again! Broken Couch’s BJ and Jeff team up with Sean Miller and Angela Prodrick to write, direct, produce and star in their all-original sketch show. Last show was called irreverent, dark, and cynical. AND THEY ARE PROUD OF IT!
Shows are: Friday, April 27th, Saturday, April 28th and Saturday, May 5. All shows start at 8:00pm at the Space (Hungerford Bldg, 1115 E Main St, Rochester). Tickets are only $8 at the door. BYOB!

Broken Couch joins all their friends again this year at the Little Theatre on April 21st from 12:30-2:30pm. Also performing: Canary in a Coalmine (Broken Couch’s sketch group), Provumentary (Jeff’s improv troupe) and Unleashed! (BJ’s other improv group). It should be a blast! Broken Couch will be performing a hilarious 30 minute set at SUNY Geneseo’s Queer Theatre Festival this Friday, April13. The show will be at 9:30pm (right before “A Guided Tour”) in Sturges Auditorium on Campus.

| Saturday, February 4, 2012: Join the Broken Couch for another dark, but funny mind trip of a comedy show as they welcome old friend and musical guest Nick Moran (from NYC). Nick Moran’s “folksy bluesyness” music and the Broken Couch’s sick, irreverent humor will make for an interesting time. Besides improv, Broken Couch also performs, writes and directs in a four man (3 men, 1 woman) sketch group called Canary in a Coalmine. The group’s premier show will be on January 6, 2012 at 8:00pm and January 7, 2012 at 8:00pm & 11:00pm at the Space, Hungerford Building.

It’s that time again to put that old Broken Couch in the attic. BJ and Jeff are doing a free show for their friends in Derrick Van Grol’s attic! After the Park Ave Holiday Open House (from 5-9), come to Derrick’s house and journey to the Broken Couch show in the attic. Fall Back Comedy Fest ’11 brings the best comedy acts from across the nation right to that pretty city just north of the Thruway and south of Canada, Rochester, NY. Five days of intense comedy awesomocity. Featuring Rochester’s Pros as well as a cavalcade of troupes, teams, bands, and comics from all over North America.
